Sumac
$ 100.00
Sumac is not for everyone, but I’ve always enjoyed it. It is native to New England and good for both the birds and the bees. The red sumac berries feed chickadees, waxwings, nut hatches and warblers in late winter when other fruit is hard to find. Chipmunks, skunks, rabbits, deer, and mice all benefit from different elements of the sumac. The green foliage turns a magnificent red during the fall, but this print focuses on the quiet beauty of sumac on a cold winter night. - Daryl
